Burton International Recruitment is currently seeking applications for a Site Maintenance Manager reporting to the Managing Director will be responsible for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance on site.

 

You will ensure all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards, efficiently, safely and structured in accordance with Company Codes of Practice, Polices and relevant standards.

 

The Site Maintenance Manager will liaise with production managers on a daily basis to ensure all equipment is running to a satisfactory standard; implementing and maintaining all Preventative Maintenance schedules.

The Site Maintenance Manager will ideally be degree qualified in a Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering discipline or equivalent.

 

You will currently or previously have been employed in the Food / FMCG sector with a hands on approach to maintenance. Your success in the leadership of continuous improvement and preventative maintenance activities on site is a must.
